FutureProof

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These Terms govern your use of FutureProof (the “Service”), operated by SolvaLab. By using the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@solvalab.com.

What the Service is

FutureProof provides a personality assessment and an AI-generated career report that combines your results with public labor-market data (O*NET, BLS) and published AI-exposure research. The report is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional career, financial, legal, or psychological advice, and it does not guarantee any job, income, or outcome.

Not affiliated with Myers-Briggs

FutureProof is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Myers-Briggs Company. “MBTI” and “Myers-Briggs” are trademarks of their respective owner. Our assessment uses a Big Five–based framework and four-letter type codes for general descriptive purposes only.

AI-generated content

Report narratives are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Salary, outlook, and AI-exposure figures are research-based estimates, not guarantees. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals before making career or financial decisions.

Payment

The report is a one-time purchase of US$19, processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your transaction. Applicable taxes are handled at checkout.

Refunds

Because reports are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are generally final. See our Refund Policy for details and how to contact us about delivery problems.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t misuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.
  • Don’t use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and branding are owned by SolvaLab. Your generated report is for your personal use. The underlying labor-market data is sourced from public datasets (O*NET, BLS) and remains subject to their terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolvaLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
