This Privacy Policy explains how FutureProof (“we”, “us”), a product of SolvaLab, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use futureproof.solvalab.com (the “Service”). Questions? Email support@solvalab.com.

Information we collect

• Quiz responses — your answers to the personality questions and the personality type we compute from them.
• Optional job title — if you choose to enter your current job.
• Email address — when you unlock a report or join a waitlist, so we can deliver your report and related emails.
• Payment information — processed by our payments provider (Creem). We do not see or store your full card details.
• Usage data — interactions, device/browser information, and analytics events, collected via PostHog (including session recordings with input fields masked).

How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your personalized career report.
• To email your report and, if you opted in, follow-up messages you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.

Service providers we share data with

We use the following processors, who handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Creem — payment processing (Merchant of Record).
• OpenAI — to generate your report narrative. Your personality type and the curated career data are sent to generate the text; we do not send your email address.
• Resend — sending transactional and marketing emails.
• PostHog — product analytics and session replay.
• Neon — database hosting; Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & tracking

We use analytics cookies/identifiers (PostHog) to understand usage and improve the Service. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work as well.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, email support@solvalab.com and we will respond as required by law.

Marketing emails

Follow-up emails include a one-click unsubscribe link. The report-delivery email is a transactional message tied to your purchase.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International users

We operate from the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be made reasonably prominent.
